Compressed air filters: protect your equipment and products and ensure outstanding performance results

Airpress compressed air filters efficiently remove solid impurities, water and oil according to the required purity level. They ensure reliable downstream equipment operation and help reduce maintenance costs.

Our range includes:

• Oil/water separator filters: remove moisture and oil particles down to 5 µm
• Prefilters (filters before dryers): remove contaminants down to 3 µm (P series) and 1 µm (R series)
• Microfilters (filters after dryers): remove solid particles down to 0.1 µm (M series), as well as solid particles down to 0.01 µm and oil particles down to 0.01 mg/m³ (S series)
• Activated carbon filters (final filters): ensure ultra-fine purification with oil residue below 0.005 mg/m³ (A series and A2 series)

Compressed air dryers: dry air even for the most demanding applications

Moisture is one of the main enemies of pneumatic installations. Compressed air dryers prevent corrosion, condensate freezing and production defects caused by water in the air.

Airpress offers two proven air drying technologies:

• Refrigeration dryers: pressure dew point down to +3 °C, ideal for standard industrial applications.
• Adsorption dryers: pressure dew point from -25 °C to -70 °C, essential for critical environments (food industry, electronics, extreme climate conditions).

In addition, most of our rotary screw compressor series are available in the configuration compressor with integrated air dryer. We also offer a particularly compact all-in-one air treatment solution combining a screw compressor on a receiver, an adsorption dryer and a full filter set: the APS Basic i-Combi Dry series.
