APS 120 IVR X installation project EN

The installations we offer our customers are always carried out with attention to detail, based on the best possible technological solutions from Airpess company. So it's no surprise that during the construction of a compressor room at one of our strategic customers in the plastics industry, we used our APS 120 IVR X screw compressor in a starring role!

To meet the expectations and the need to increase the efficiency of the production line, we designed and implemented a solution, consisting of a central compressor station and aluminum pipe and connector technology, transporting compressed air both on the production line and in other production facilities.

We have equipped the compressor room, with the APS 120 IVR X variable-speed screw compressor mentioned at the beginning, which is necessary to power the refreshed plastics production line, that is, up to 12 new injection molding machines! What's more, the compressor was equipped with a heat exchanger that will power water heating for employee use!
For the installation, we used a 5000l vertical tank, which provides a solid buffer of compressed air for production needs, as well as an RDO 950 refrigeration dryer with a set of microfilters, for even better compressed air quality. We also included a WOS-20 condensate separator in the design of the installation. We completed the entire installation with a ventilation and intake system, equipped with electronic control.

Components of the compressor room, such as equipment connections and by-passes, were made using pipe technology and aluminum fittings.

The project was developed under the care of our sales representative - Wojciech Rynkowski. We are supervisors and experts in the implementation of such projects.
