Description
ISO OFAG 240 l/min Class Zero filter set
ISO OFAG 240 l/min Class Zero filter set is an advanced compressed air filtration solution, designed for industries requiring the highest class of air purity. Thanks to Zero class filtration technology (ISO 8573-1), this set provides air with the highest level of purity, eliminating all contaminants, including solid particles, oils, moisture and water. This set is an ideal choice for industries such as food, pharmaceutical, chemical, electronics and painting, where the quality of compressed air is crucial.
The OFAG 240 l/min Class Zero set consists of an adsorption dryer, a cyclone separator and 5 precision filters that ensure comprehensive air filtration:
- Pre-filter: P filter - 3 µm, eliminating larger solid particles and pre-contaminants.
- Cyclone filter: Used to remove water and large particles, minimizing load on subsequent filters.
- S filter - 0.01 µm: Precise filter that removes small solid particles, ensuring the highest quality of compressed air.
- Fine filter: A2 - 0.005 mg/m3, removing oils and microscale impurities.
- R filter - 1 µm: Precise filter that removes residual moisture and small air particles.
The set is equipped with precise pressure gauges and its use is easy thanks to the intuitive control panel. The adsorption dryer reaches a PDP dew point of -20°C, which ensures effective water removal and prevents secondary moisture condensation in pneumatic installations. Thanks to its design, the set minimizes the loss of efficiency of pneumatic systems without limiting the air flow.
