The APS-X G3 series from Airpress is available in three configurations, so you can easily match the compressor to the existing installation and adapt it to your operation conditions:

  • Basic (standalone) version (without an air receiver and dryer) – Ideal where the compressor is supposed to operate within an existing installation having a receiver or a central compressed air treatment station.
  • COMBI version (with an integrated 270-litre or 500-litre receiver) – Compact all-in-one solution that saves space in the compressor room and simplifies installation. It is perfect for small and medium-sized plants where a clear, easy-to-service compressed air installation is important.
  • COMBI DRY version (with an integrated 270-litre or 500-litre receiver and a built-in refrigerant dryer) – A ready-to-use compressed air station that immediately supplies dry, high-quality air to machines and tools, minimising the risk of corrosion, pneumatic failures and production downtime. This most complete configuration is the ideal choice wherever reliability, air quality and tidy compressor room layout matter.

Airpress warranty and service support

Screw compressors from the APS-X G3 series are covered as standard by a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty, calculated from the installation and commissioning date. For users who prioritise long-term operational security, the warranty can be extended up to 5 years, which significantly reduces the risk of unexpected costs related to downtime and repairs.

In addition, the customer can sign a service agreement with the Authorised Airpress Service. This form of cooperation ensures priority support and comfortable day-to-day compressor use. Under the agreement, the customer receives, among other things:

  • service response within 24 hours of reporting a fault.
  • free replacement equipment for the duration of repair or overhaul, both during and after the warranty period.

Thanks to this, Airpress APS X G3 screw compressors operate reliably, and any service work does not paralyse production, allowing you to maintain continuity of processes in the plant.

Standards, certificates and technical documentation

Airpress Polska sp. z o.o. declares that the screw compressors from the APS-X G3 series fully comply with all applicable European standards for the relevant equipment. With the delivery of the device, the customer receives a complete documentation package: certificates, drawings, declaration of conformity and an operating manual in the local language.

The compressor parameters have been verified according to the relevant standards:

  • The volumetric air flow (FAD) is measured in accordance with ISO 1217:2009, ed. 4.
  • The noise level is measured in accordance with ISO 2151:2004 using ISO 9614-2.
  • The motor efficiency class si measured in accordance with IEC 60034-30-1.
